    Claude E. Millard was active/lived in New York, California.  Claude Millard is known for Poster designer, illustrator, decorator. Darling picture of cottage on the cover with blue and pink colors.
    There are 31 pages of black & white pictures of many rooms with delightful furniture and color combinations. It says things like "Dinning rooms should be cheerful and Bedrooms should suggest rest. Lots of examples of reed furniture and how to position it. Great reference booklet.
    Measures 6-1/2" W x 9" H
    Condition: Corners and edges are worn. The cover has come loose from booklet and the center page as well has come loose. There seem to have been some water damage through booklet. Staples are rusty. Booklet has great ideas and can be a good reference booklet.
