Description

Vintage brass Pasta Press Ultimate. It comes complete with five different profile discs – two star shape, one with four slots to produce ribbons, and two with multiple round holes to produce different size noodles. Fully unwind the press, unscrew the lid, insert the disc required followed by a quantity of pasta dough, replace the lid, and wind the handle to push the dough through the cutter. The overall height is 7” (178mm), the overall width is 7.1/2” (190mm), and the dismeter of the cylinder is 2.5/8” (67mm). The condition is good, a little bit of corrosion on the edge of a couple of the discs.
